We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and manage social media accounts to respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, customer support, product) to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Experience with social media platforms and management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective social media campaigns
- Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
